Patrick holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst^® (CIMA^®) designation and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association. He earned his MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science/Electrical from Trinity University. Before entering finance, he led engineering teams for over a decade.

Outside of work, Patrick is a golfer and avid runner, and has completed several half and full marathons. He resides in Omaha with his wife, Cindy and they enjoy visits from their two children. Active in the community, Patrick has served on multiple finance and endowment committees including:

Rhonda’s experience in the financial services industry spans 26 years, all proudly spent with The Regan Group. As a Senior Registered Associate and a Series 7, 63, & 66 registered professional, Rhonda helps create a smooth experience for clients, from managing client requests and preparing performance reports to maintaining files and overseeing financials with precision and care.

Outside of the office, Rhonda and her husband, Rod, reside in Southwest Iowa where they raised their children. She enjoys running, watching the Chiefs, traveling, spending time with family, and occasionally helping Rod with various jobs during harvest season.
